TBQ's Famous

BBQ & Grilling

Sauces

  • The Original TBQ Hot Sauce

This famous sauce was created in 1947 by the founders of Tunnel Bar-B-Q - Harry and Helen Racovitis.

As one of their legacies, they left the family the secret of the original TBQ sauce. Only a family member is trusted with the daily production of this prideful sauce.

Today, along with the original hot sauce, the heirs have - in response to changing tastes, added a Sweet Sauce and a Cook-Off Sauce.

The Original Sauce possesses a great depth of herbs, spices, fresh garlic, tomato and pride. Great on barbecued ribs, chicken, pork loin roast, in ground burgers or a finishing baste for many other foods.

  • The Sweet Sauce

The Sweet Sauce possesses the same depth of flavor with a sweet note - making it an enjoyable alternative for the more delicate palette.

  • The Cook-Off Sauce

The Cook-off Sauce was created on-site at an international barbecue cook-off. It took top honors for its slightly smoky, but Southern style flavors. With a hint of molasses and that same robust depth of flavors - it is sure to please - and is sure to impress.
