SAUCES

When it comes to sauces...you decide! If our Hot Sauce is too hot, then try our Sweet Sauce or if you want something totally different, then try our Cook-Off Sauce!

Numerous customers have commented that one of our sauces is the only condiment that you need for your table.

Even children love our sauce (but then again, they love all three sauces!).

Try our sauces on your favourite foods and in your recipes.

  • TBQ HOT SAUCE

(a taste that satisfies "the need for heat"!)

1. Use liberally (for more pizzazz!), over spareribs chicken, ham, hamburgers, all sandwiches, bacon and eggs, steak, French Fries, meatloaf, lamb chops, pasta and pizza .

2. Cook your Favourite Ribs: A few minutes before the ribs are finished, baste the underside of the ribs with the sauce of your choice. Place over the bar-b-q or under the broiler for a few minutes. Then turn the ribs over, right side up, baste again and cook a little longer. Serve. This is called “Basted Ribs”.

3. Try Garlic Ribs (really delicious): Take your favourite sauce and mix with minced fresh garlic. Then brush over your ribs and follow the cooking method in #2.

4. Mixing Meatloaf: When mixing your meatloaf, add some of the TBQ Hot Sauce to the mixture along with your favourite TBQ spices.  (Absolutely Deeeeelicious!)

5. TBQ Hot Sauce Mixed with Mayonnaise: This is a fantastic dip for breaded chicken wings, chicken filets, pork kebobs, fresh veggies or as a spread on hamburgers or sandwiches. It is great on clubhouse sandwiches! For a dip that is really zesty & delicious, do the above and add horseradish to it. If you use creamy horseradish, omit the mayonnaise.

  • TBQ SWEET SAUCE

(a sauce that is milder but sweet)

With this sauce, once again, you can make an excellent dip.

Try basting with it.  Excellent!

Experiment with it!

Try it!

  • TBQ COOK-OFF SAUCE

  (a smell like cotton candy!)

Besides being a great sauce, this is a glazing sauce as well.

Try these tips for your next meal!

1. Baked Ham: Be sure to try orange slices on your cooked ham and just before finishing, brush your ham with TBQ Cook-off sauce. It is excellent for a glaze and so tasty!

 ***This sauce thickens when heated.

2. Thin Slices of Cooked Beef: Add TBQ Cook-Off Sauce to the beef with a bit of TBQ Hot Sauce, mix thoroughly and then place over or under heat until thoroughly heated. Split an onion or garlic roll. Toast the roll. Then stack your roll with the thin slices of roast beef, roast pork, ham or chicken and enjoy. This is simply delicious!

***When you are cooking beef, save the juice, remove the fat and add your juice to the Cook-Off mixture before you heat it, then add your beef slices.

3.  Sauce Mixed with Mayonnaise: An excellent dip that is sweet and warm on the lips.

4. Spareribs Basted with Hot Sauce: Terrific! If you would like a honey garlic rib, add the fresh minced garlic to the TBQ Cook-Off Sauce and brush over your ribs. Do this at the very end of cooking. This puts a garlic- toffee glaze on the ribs. If you like garlic (which is good for you) this is great! Customers have told us there is no better way to eat spareribs than with TBQ sauces.

5. Stir Fry: Try this in your stir fry; it will give it a unique taste. Add to taste.

The taste is delicious!

  • TBQ POMODORO SAUCE

This tomato sauce is excellent! Since we have produced this sauce, I am proud to say, that I have no longer made a pasta sauce from scratch. Remember the old days when you had to seed your tomatoes, peel them, scald them, then cook them for hours & hours to obtain a delicious thick tomato sauce? You can kiss those days good-bye and save all that time and energy just by using TBQ Pomodoro Sauce. You also can add your own personal touch by including extra ingredients that you would like in your sauce.  I add a bit of sugar, a touch of oregano, a bit of crushed fresh garlic and a few dashes of TBQ Steak N’ Chop Seasoning . If I want it a bit more feisty, I add some TBQ Southwest Chunky Seasoning.

TBQ Pomodoro Sauce is excellent over veal cutlets or with Spanish pork chops (add some fresh green peppers, onions, chopped celery, sliced mushrooms etc). Try this sauce whenever and wherever a tomato sauce or base is needed.

You will need no other!
