Steak n' Chop Seasoning- used much more than for just steak & chops! Can be used on the barbeque, grill, oven or in the wok. One of the family favorites used in casseroles and anywhere you want full flavor. Excellent! Steaks, Chops, Chicken, Meat Loaf, Stews, Chili, Rice, Stir-Fry, Hamburgers, Spaghetti Sauce... All Purpose Spice - a must for the Bar-b-q. Use in place of other seasonings. Sprinkle generously over ribs, steaks, chops, chicken, etc. or add to your stews & gravies. This spice is an all purpose spice and pleasing to your palate. Use in all foods where you would normally use salt and pepper or in place of other seasonings. A minor amount of paprika for coloring - subtle but flavorful. A reminder of ancient spices.
Cajun Spice - Although some are very hot, we've designed this one with the subtle heat but pronounced flavors of the Acadian region. If you wish the heat to dominate the flavor of the various herbs, then add additional cayenne pepper. Excellent for blackening both steaks and seafood. Use a large amount of butter both on the item and the bottom of the blue hot pan. Sear quickly and enjoy the aromas. The spice with unlimited uses. A must for the "Chef". Use on the bar-b-q, in the oven or on the grill. Sprinkle generously on boneless chicken breasts, seafood, steaks, chops etc. Great on fries!
A spice that can be used liberally on meats, fowl, seafood or salads. May be used in stews, gravies, etc. Great in dips. Salt-Free Spice- Similar to the steak & chop without the salt. This affords excellent flavor while maintaining a reduced salt eating program. You really won't notice missing the salt with a little lemon added to it.
Southwest Chunky Spice- Excellent! Spicy warm. Steaks, Chops, Chicken, Meat Loaf, Cabbage Rolls, Stews, Rice, Stir-Fry, Hamburgers, Onion Rings... Even make your own dip. When used on fajita meat, southwest burger patties or southwest meat loaf and chili - you'll think you're there! In the sunny Southwest you have that sunny Southwest taste. Experiment!
Great with shrimp, lobster, mussels or scallops. Also great on monk fish, in chowders and in risotto. Use on fried fish or deep fried, breaded and battered seafood and vegetables. Excellent in tuna or salmon salad. Try it on grilled chicken and seafood kebabs.
Salt Free! Oomph up pasta sauces or add to softened butter with minced garlic for great herb bread. Great in Italian meatballs, burgers or tomato, onion and cucumber salads. Try it on grilled tomatoes or sprinkle on fresh vegetables and salad dressings. Experiment and enjoy!
Use liberally...Reduced salt...Mild heat! Use as a finishing seasoning in your chili concarne or in burgers. Great on lamb, chicken or pork. Wonderful with turkey. Use in humus, beans and soups. It's delicious in cheese sauces too!
